Psychosexual Therapy

Many people experience sexual difficulties at some time in their lives, such problems are very common and there is no need to feel embarrassed. There are a lot of physical and emotional reasons why difficulties can happen, for example stress, tiredness, illness, or a new baby.

Our therapists understand how such difficulties such as impotence, lack of sexual desire, different sexual expectations, painful sex and premature ejaculation can have a devastating effect on a couple’s relationship,

Relate works with single sex couples, people with disabilities, transgender people, transvestites, heterosexual couples and single people.

Relate offers a confidential, discreet service to help people with sexual problems. Why not ring for a confidential first appointment to see if what we offer seems right for you?

During this session you will have the opportunity to discuss and explore what you want to achieve or change in your sexual relationship.

If you decide to come for further sessions you will be given a programme of exercises to do at home. You will never be asked to undertake any sexual tasks during a session.

Over 93% of people we see tell us that we help them make their sex lives significantly better.
