Access and Referral:
Access to all these services are by appointment only; Relate Cymru does not offer a drop in service. Some services are accessible only through third party referral. Further details on access, referral details, and eligibility criteria are available on request.

Our aim is to ensure our services are user friendly, flexible and responsive to clients’ needs; we will always do our best to accommodate clients’ needs, including arranging evening appointments for counselling.

Payment:
There is a cost to Relate Cymru for delivering its services, some of which we seek to recover directly from clients through charges and / or contributions. Please ask for details including our cancellation policy when you contact us.
